1. Services Provided
X-Stream Clean Softwash offers residential and commercial soft washing services, including but not limited to roof cleaning, house washing, driveway cleaning, and more. All services are subject to availability and the specific conditions of the property.
2. Booking and Scheduling
Clients can book our services through our website, phone, or email. Scheduling will be confirmed by X-Stream Clean Softwash, and any changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. X-Stream Clean Softwash accepts payments via credit card, cash, or check. Late payments may result in additional fees. If any payment remains overdue for more than 30 days, X-Stream Clean Softwash reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover the debt.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee of 20% of the quoted service price. X-Stream Clean Softwash reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.
5. Liability
While X-Stream Clean Softwash takes the utmost care in providing our services, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the property. Clients must notify us of any fragile or delicate items on the property prior to the commencement of services. X-Stream Clean Softwash will not be held responsible for any damages caused by the client's failure to provide adequate notice.
6. Service Warranties
X-Stream Clean Softwash guarantees the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with our service for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of the service, and we will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper maintenance by the client, or acts of nature.
7. Use of Chemicals
X-Stream Clean Softwash uses industry-approved cleaning agents that are safe and environmentally friendly. However, clients are advised to inform us of any plants, animals, or specific environmental sensitivities on their property that may require special care. X-Stream Clean Softwash is not liable for any damages to property or landscaping if adequate notice of these sensitivities is not provided.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the service area is accessible, free of obstacles, and safe for our team to perform the services. X-Stream Clean Softwash is not responsible for delays or incomplete services due to inaccessible areas or unsafe conditions.
9. Privacy Policy
X-Stream Clean Softwash respects your privacy. We collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number, and email to schedule and provide our services. We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Louisiana. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Covington, LA.
11. Amendments
X-Stream Clean Softwash reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
